The large outdoor pavilion behind the restaurant, which they kept open with heaters throughout last winter, has 13 picnic-style tables. Dana and Kevin Collins also own the Barking Frog in Beacon and Publick House 23 in Pleasant Valley. She runs the restaurants and he works full time as an engineer in Saugerties.
